DELIVERY

• 1. Fulfillment Conditions

   

  • Availability: All deliveries are strictly dependent on stock availability and confirmation of payment. If an item is out of stock, the specified delivery period may be delayed.

   

  2. Delivery Operations

   

  • Partner: The designated delivery service is Leopard E-Com.

  • Coverage: Delivery is available within Pakistan at the address provided by the customer.

  • Schedule: Deliveries occur during routine working hours (11 AM – 11 PM) from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard Charges: Standard Delivery charges apply to all orders.

   

  3. Shipping Address Options

   

  • Primary/Alternative: The order can be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, or an alternative address (like a workplace, university, or friend/family address).

  • Alternative Address Fees: Deliveries to an alternative address are subject to additional charges.

  • Location Constraint: Any alternative address must also be in Pakistan.

   

  4. Proof of Delivery (POD)

   

  • Signature Required: A signature is mandatory upon delivery.

  • Sufficient Proof: Obtaining a signature at the delivery address is considered sufficient proof that the order has been delivered to you.

  • Recipient: The signature/attestation can be obtained from any person present at the given delivery address, not necessarily the person who placed the order.

   

  5. Handling Missed Deliveries

   

  • Neighbor Attempt: If no person is present at the provided address, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbor, who will be asked to sign for the package.

  • Return/Redelivery: If the neighbor refuses to receive the goods, the items will be returned to the Company as undelivered.

  • Re-delivery Charge: The next delivery shall be charged accordingly, meaning the customer will incur an additional fee for the subsequent attempt to deliver the returned order.
